3. Professional AND affordable, well run, direct, liased well with my contractor, and they fit in my budget, with probably the best selection of any of the companies (too many) I looked at.

We met with Todd Harnden, from Harnden Windows & Doors Ltd. for a quote on our 4 basement windows. His price was comparable to other quotes we had received. He made sure that the windows would be installed before our basement renovations began.

The installers showed up on time, took great care in removing the old windows, installed the new windows and cleaned up after himself. The installer even suggested a specific type of screen to use so our dog couldn't damage it. Todd came by later to make sure that everything was to our satisfaction and it was!

Todd did a great job and was very easy to work with. He followed up and always responded in a timely manner.

The window is wonderful-acting as a lens that brings the outside in. The installer did a wonderful installation and my neighbors are impressed! It was a pleasure to work with you.
